1819 LUSSO shall sell to Customer and Customer shall purchase from 1819 LUSSO, Products subject to these Terms & Conditions, which
appear in some or all of 1819 LUSSO’s price lists, product catalogues, quotations and invoices.

These Terms and Conditions embodies exhaustively all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and are incorporated into the
Agreement to the exclusion of any other alleged by Customer unless agreed to in writing by 1819 LUSSO.

The Transaction

The presentation of products on our Website does not constitute any offer by 1819 LUSSO for a purchase contract.

By submitting the order form provided on our Website to us you are placing a binding offer for a purchase contract with us. You submit an
offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form to us by using the button "PLACE
ORDER". Before you submit your offer you will be able to view the details input by you and correct any mistakes in the information
provided.

Shipping

We ship free to orders from Singapore.

We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL for all international packages and third-party courier delivery service for local packages.

The processing time for orders is 1 business day. After that, delivery time within Singapore is 1-2 business day, and 5-20 business days
internationally. Please keep in mind that during festive seasons, this time may vary.

The delivery time for your order depends on the seller(s) you have ordered from. Usually, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to
5 working days if you ordered from local sellers. If you have ordered from overseas sellers, the delivery time may vary from 5 to 20
working days

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local
carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the
package has exited Singapore.

Force Majeure

No party shall be liable to the other for any delay in performing any of its obligations under the Agreement if such delay is caused by
circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party so delaying. Such party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for
the performance of such affected obligations.
